PanopticAI Limited (“PanopticAI”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of personal data that we hold. Set out below is information that explains our practices about the way your personal data are collected, used, processed and retained in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap 486 of the laws of Hong Kong) (“PDPO”).
Personal Data We Collect
Personal data collected by PanopticAI include information such as your name, address, user scan results data, scan metrics, which were collected from you directly.
Purpose of Collection
PanopticAI may collect, use, and retain the personal data you provided for the below purposes:
You are not required to provide the personal data requested. However, PanopticAI may not be able to provide our products and/ or services to you (e.g. send you the health report).
Transfer and Sharing of Personal Data
PanopticAI will disclose personal data when required to do so by law and may also disclose such personal data in response to requests from law enforcement agencies or regulatory authorities.
All personal information held by us will be kept confidential. Such information held by us will only be shared, disclosed, transferred or used for the purposes for which it was collected, or where it is allowed under the PDPO, or other applicable laws.
Security of Personal Data
We endeavour to protect personal data received by us by using reasonable physical, electronic and managerial measures to ensure such data is secured. We however cannot guarantee the security of personal data transmitted to us or by us, will be protected against loss, misuse, attacks or alteration by third parties.
Retention of Collected Personal Data
We will not keep your personal data longer than we need to. However, we may retain your personal data for longer periods of time in circumstances where we cannot delete it for legal, regulatory or technical reasons.
Access and Correction of Personal Data
You have a right to request access to, the correction and erasure of, your personal data in accordance with, where applicable, the provisions of PDPO, and any other data protection law as applicable. Requests for access, correction and/or erasure of personal data, as well as withdrawal of consent, where applicable, should be by letter or email and addressed to the Data Protection Officer of PanopticAI at privacy@panoptic.ai
