This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, holding, use and disclosure of Your information we collected or received when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service. 

Application refers to Mannings AI Wellness Scan, the software program provided by the Company. 

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to PanopticAI Limited, Unit 561, 5/F, Building 19W, No. 19 Science Park West Avenue, Hong Kong Science Park, Pak Shek Kok, N.T.. 

Country refers to: Hong Kong SAR China 

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet. 

Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. 

Service refers to the Application. 

Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself. 

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. 

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data 

We may collect and process Your Personal Data when You use Our Service. 

Types of Personal Data Collected

Personal Data

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personal identifiable information, such as Your name and contact information, for sending the health report to You.  

Your device will capture, but does not store or transfer to Our servers, videos through supported mobile device cameras for the purpose of extracting and analyzing facial blood flow. 

No personal identifiable information including personal data, video streaming data, etc. shall be stored by Us. 

User Scan Results Data

User Scan Results Data, such as Your heart rate, blood pressure and other vital signs, is used to provide historical analytics of our Service and to enable verification and monitoring of Our Service.  

Scan Metrics Data

Scan Metrics Data, such as the device information, and the date, time and location that a scan was conducted, is used for billing and accounting purposes.  

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Your Personal Data for the following purposes: 

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of Our Service and the status of Your account. 
  • For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, evaluation and enhancement of Our Service, products and your experience. 

Retention of Usage Data 

Your personal identifiable information is not kept or stored by Us and will be deleted immediately after the vital sign results are returned to You. The Company will retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for two (2) years, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods. 

Transfer and Sharing of Usage Data 

Usage Data is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction. 

We may share Your Personal Data with: 

– government authorities, including law courts, where we are required to do so by laws. 

Security of Personal Data 

We endeavour to protect Your Personal Data received by Us by using reasonable physical, electronic and managerial measures to ensure that we keep Your Personal Data secure, accurate and up to date. We however cannot guarantee the security of Your Personal Data transmitted to Us or by Us, including that Your Personal Data will be protected against loss, misuse, attacks or alteration by third parties.

As to Your Personal Data provided to Us, you have the right to : 

– object to Us processing Your Personal Data; 

– request access to Your Personal Data from time to time; 

– request an update of Your Personal Data we hold about you, or correct such personal information that you consider is incorrect or incomplete; and 

– withdraw consent to Our processing of Your Personal Data (to the extent such processing is based on consent). 

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.
